Collection Information
Customers will be emailed when their order is ready for collection.
Orders are usually prepared within 24 hours during the working week (Monday through Friday). If an order is placed over a weekend, then please allow until the Monday.

(Gift shop entrance is located on the south side of the river and underneath Tower Bridge).
