Redemption Information:
The e-voucher and redemption instructions will be emailed to you so you can print or forward on to the gift recipient (please note this email is not automated so can take up to 2 working days).
To book a visit, voucher holders simply email bookings@towerbridge.org.uk with their voucher number and preferred visit date and time of entry. Tours can be booked 7 days a week starting between 10:00 – 12:00 or after 15:00. Tours need to be pre-booked at least 3 working days in advance. Availability of preferred dates and times is subject to other tour bookings and attraction opening hours.
E-Vouchers
Our vouchers are e-vouchers emailed to the customer and contain no physical product. As this is a manual process, please allow up to 2 working days for them to be delivered.
Gift vouchers are exempt from all other delivery and collection information as detailed below.
Delivery to the UK
Delivery to most UK Mainland addresses within 3-5 working days. Tracking number and signature required service.

Delivery to Europe
Important: From 1 January 2021, all orders being delivered to a EU address will be subject to local customs and import duties. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any import fees.

Collection Information
UPDATE 05/01/21: Collection is unavailable until further notice as Tower Bridge is closed due to London entering Tier 4.
Customers will be emailed when their order is ready for collection.
Please be aware that we prepare orders for collection between Mondays to Fridays. If an order is placed over a weekend, it may not be ready for collection until Monday.
