Redemption Information:
The e-voucher and redemption instructions will be emailed to you so you can print or forward on to the gift recipient (please note this email is not automated so can take up to 2 working days).
To book a visit, voucher holders simply email bookings@towerbridge.org.uk with their voucher number and preferred visit date and time of entry. Visits need to be pre-booked at least 3 working days in advance. Availability of preferred dates and times is subject to capacity limits and attraction opening hours.

Collection
Customers will be emailed when their order is ready for collection.
Orders are usually prepared within 24 hours during the working week (Monday through Friday). If an order is placed over a weekend, then please allow until the Monday.

Gift Vouchers
Our vouchers are e-vouchers emailed to the customer and contain no physical product. As this is a manual process, please allow up to 2 working day for them to be delivered.
