New: Tower Bridge Contract No.7 Premium Gin

Summer is the time for celebration as Tower Bridge marks its opening anniversary on 30th of June. To compliment this joyous period, we proudly introduce a new drink which has rapidly become a favourite amongst our staff!

Drawing inspiration from those who accomplished the incredible Victorian engineering feat of building Tower Bridge, our gin is named after a collection of architectural drawings by G.D. Stevenson - assistant to Sir Horace Jones. During the construction of Tower Bridge, Stevenson was responsible for the architecture's details and his elegant drawings depict the elevation of the towers and their nature: a thin layer of masonry on a steel frame. In May 1888, the contract for the masonry superstructure was let to Perry & Co., who turned Stevenson's illustrations into reality.

Using the London Dry method, Contract No 7 is an incredibly smooth and refined gin with elegant citrus notes from the addition of lemon and sweet orange peel. Celebrate with us this summer and treat yourself to nice gin and tonic!
