Gift Card Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all Gift Cards sold from the Tower Bridge Gift Shop and Online Shop.
- Gift Cards will expire 2 years after date of purchase. Any remaining value (full or partial) can not be used after the expiry date.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable.
- Redemption is valid for Gift Shop and/or Online Shop items only.
- Redemption is not valid for admission tickets of any kind to the Tower Bridge attraction.
- Cash redemption of any kind is not permitted.
- Tower Bridge reserves the right cancel Gift Cards and/or decline redemptions in the event of fraudulent activity.
- Tower Bridge reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time with reasonable cause and notice.
